Week 1
 Shipment of parts has been received and shorted
 Hoods, and hydraulic motors have been properly assembled

Week 2
 Manifolds have been assembled and installed
 Reservoirs have been tapped and vacuumed and finally installed
 Frame has been placed on sawhorses
 Electrical components have been properly wired and installed

Week 3
 Hydraulic motor has been installed
 Pump and prime mover have been installed
 Hydraulic hoses have been plumbed in

Week 4
 Hoods have been installed
 In the process of testing and crating power units

Problems encountered
 For the hydraulic motors to be installed, some of the holes needed to be tapped
 When crating the power units, the nails for the nail gun are long enough to hit the power unit if
fired incorrectly.

Work Remaining
Week 4
 Power units are in the process of being tested and crated for shipping

Week 5
 All the power units need to be shipped to retailers

Conclusion
 The project is currently on track to finish on time. We were able to stay on track and was able to
iron out some problems encountered along the way. The next batch of shop dogs will be
assembled and shipped much more efficiently than the first group was.

Recommendations

 Use smaller nail when crating the power units to avoid dinging them with poorly shot nails.
 Tap the holes used for installing the hydraulic motor before installation.
