Note:
1. Lateral Earth Pressure due to ground water is negligible since ground water table is below the retaining wall base and retaining wall is drained by drain pipe.
2. Lateral Earth Pressure due to tower weight is negligible since the base of tower foundation is around base of retaining wall.
3. OCR is assumed to be 1 because soil is assumed to be normally consolidated ie no prior load on soil.
4. The retaining wall analysis is based on Rankine Lateral Earth Pressure Theory.
