1. Identify all the ways you can where you are chasing your Twin
Flame. Be totally and 100% honest with yourself. Journaling this
part out will help you tremendously.

2. Make a decision that you will now choose to love yourself and be
with yourself wherever you are chasing them.

3. Let go of your attachment to your Twin Flame. Attachment is not

love, connection, or relationship. Attachment is deep-seeded fear and
repels attraction. It's just a delusion of sickness that gets in the way of
real, meaningful, lasting love and Union.

4. Meditate on Lesson 1. Reread it if you like. Consider and feel

through each of the numerous spiritual pearls of wisdom and Truth
that may have stood out to you. Why did it speak to you and what
does it have to do with what you're going through now?
