In concerning to the disturbing percentage of drug use and prevalent recruitment of youths to
terrorism, the Barangay Pangal Norte will be holding a Symposium on Anti-illegal Drugs and Anti-
terrorism with the theme “Kabataan at Pulisya nagkaisa para sa pagpuksa ng Terrorismo at
illegal na Droga” to be conducted at Brgy. Pangal Norte Echague, Isabela, Community Center on
December 19, 2021 at 1:00-5:00 o’clock in the afternoon.

This activity aims to heighten awareness on the ill effects of using illegal drugs and joining terrorist
groups. In connection to this, may we humbly request from your office to please assign person/s to
conduct lecture about the said topic (anti-drug) from 1:00-2:30 in the afternoon.
