African Americans, other People of Color, and Work-Challenged
patients of Ohio are the focus of Mary Glass, a patient unsatisfied with
sought health care in the city of Cleveland, Ohio.

The city of Cleveland is known for health hospitals and leadership of


health care. Massive advertisement of quality assurance is why Glass
chose to receive an opinion on two (2) brain concussions that were
incurred in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2019.

To my surprise, concerns of health care, privacy, safety of medical records, protocol


within the doctor’s office that is “pact reporting” for protection of wrong behavior.
Bad actors were known, and each team/office covered their wrong doing. Quality of
service to match advertisement and Mission has been a huge disappointment.
Extended length of time for health care and risky behavior seeks right-now – STAT
changes.

"I have experienced a major disconnect as a patient from 2019 to now with
inconveniences, lack of timely service, questionable payout of my
insurance-guarantor, and unsatisfied services", said Mary Glass, patient of
Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, UH Ahuja, Oak Street Hill in Ohio. No
one should visit public health facilities in Cleveland for doctors, clinics, and
hospitals and are threatened by incompetence, intimidation, and lack of
“government oversight”. No one is EXEMPT. It is a life/death measure that
is a human right.

not "certified" by the health industry-state. *
3. advertisement of "Accepting NEW patient" but fails to
honor services needed by the patient.
4. black balling by a doctor after the doctor asked for
removal of care due to patient expectations.

5. doctors VIOLATING privacy by speaking/sharing with
unauthorized persons.
6. Doctors, staff, and patient require state-of-the-art
training for patient visits via telephone.
7. failure to explain all reports with technical support.

8. failure to return calls by requested doctor.

9. failure to review and discuss CT, MRI, and image reports

sent to attention.
10. false advertisement of hospital high standards, not seen

by patient.
11. False billing – for incorrect doctors and experts.

12. False billing due to inaccurate imaging or reports.

staff responding to the patient for the certified-state


doctor with disrespect and COVER-UPS.

quality care of patient.


27. refusal to listen to patient concerns - arbitrary and

capricious decisions by doctors without the approval of


the patient.

of obligation by the all-inclusive document for violation


of security-legal-safety of medical records including
“body parts”.
29. the patient lengthy wait for NEW PATIENT to see/visit

with the doctor, i.e., 3-month wait – and afterwards


waiting in doctor’s office for i.e., 1 hour. Also, after 3-

30. U.S. World Report RANKINGs are misleading.
