II. TOPIC

During our first meeting as a group thru google meet, we have talked and decided our

strategies on how to work on our assigned case in an easier way. We have two options and

in the end we decided to choose on the option that we think is easier and more

comprehensive. Our group leader Mr. Jaylord Verazon distributed each part for each

member. And we brainstorm ideas which enlightened us on our topic.

I. OBJECTIVES

• To work and make a draft for the case assigned.

II. TOPIC

This day was allotted for us students to make our case protocol thus, in the morning we

have discuss our case thru google meet and we have work together to come up with a

draft for our brief description and we continued our brainstorming in the evening for

more comprehensive output. Our topic for this day includes all the scope for the brief

description such as the definition of our topic entitled “Obstructive uropathy secondary

to ureteropelvic junction stone left status post pelviolitotomy with antergrade insertion

of double-J stent left”, incidence, the etiology, signs and symptoms, different

managements and etc.

I. OBJECTIVES

• To revised and finalized our case based on the given comment and suggestion

of our CI’s.

II. TOPIC

After the cesarean section aftercare, we had a face-to-face consultation to our clinical

instructor about the revision of the 3ps specially the history. Our group leader asked about

the disease process, the location and size of the stones, the history of the patient. It was

also discussed the suitable treatment process for the case protocol where we decided to

stick with double J stent and shockwaves will no longer be part of the treatment. Through

the discussions of our clinical instructor, we come to enlighten and better understanding to

our protocol case.
