Hi Chelsea,

I did a quick investigation on the issue mentioned below, upon checking the request DUE0155348 has been processed
correctly by the processor and there is no error found on that request.
However, it seems like there is a processing error on request DUE0150440. I think the processor went in and directly
assigned and updated the due date on the items in the last tab, evidence per the User Learning Plan Audit Report
attached.

I believe we need to remove these direct assignment instances since they should all have the appropriate curricula. I will
work with @Goss-mattos, Casey or escalation to report the error.
Would you like me to submit the request to remove the direct assignment indicated in the report at this time?

Hi Team,

I need some help on this one. I submitted DUE0155348 myself and it looks like the work was performed
correctly. However, the course is still showing overdue on the employee’s Learning Plan. I am not sure why. The Self
QA looks good.

Is there a processing error, or did I miss something that this course would still be showing overdue for this learner?
