Report on Demolition and building new water Tank

(K43+000-K44+280)

6th June, 2022


A joint site inspection was made on 25th May with the water users to demolish the existing water
tanks on corridor of impact and find a new location for water tank construction.

1) Water tank at K 43+350


 Purposed new size 3m×3m×2.15m (L×B×H) (20,000ltr)
 Brick masonry wall of 0.230m thickness
 New tank shall be built at hillside corner of road after excavating old one

2) Water Tank at K 43+355


 Purposed Size 0.6m×0.6m×0.6m (L×B×H)
 Brick masonry wall of 0.230m thickness
 New tank shall be built at the hillside corner of road after excavating old one
3) Water tank at K 43+360
 Purposed Size 3m×3m×2.15m (L×B×H)
 Brick masonry wall of 0.230m thickness
 New tank shall be built at the hillside corner of road after excavating old one

Old Tank

4) Water Tank at K 43 + 800


 Purposed Size 2.5m×2.5m×2.15m (L×B×H)
 Brick masonry wall of 0.230m thickness
 New tank shall be built near the source/ near old intake

 32mm diameter pipe shall be included 500m (due to pipe destruction during excavation)
 Brick masonry wall of 0.230m thickness
 New tank shall be built above the breast wall top after excavating old one

6) Water Tank at K 44+280


 Purposed Size 2.5m×2.5m×2.15m (L×B×H)
 32mm diameter pipe shall be included 30m
 Brick masonry wall of 0.230m thickness
 New reservoir tank shall be constructed across the road
