Conduct safety toolbox meeting with the team prior to installation of Polymer Preparation System including checking of

proper and complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Explain the methodology of installation of Polymer Preparation System including the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) by aligning
2
to the approved Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Criteria (HIRAC).
3 Isolate the work area from unauthorized personnel by installing Safety Signage’s, Protection and Barricades.
4 Secure permit to work and once approved post a copy of it in specific workplace location.
5 Mobilization/Hauling of equipment and materials.
[B] WORK PROCEDURE
INSTALLATION
1 PREPARE THE MATERIALS AND TOOLS PRIOR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF PUMP
2 COORDINATE WITH GEN-CON PERSONEL.
PREPARE TEMPORARY PLATFORM/SCAFFOLDING/A-FRAME TO SUPPORT ON INSTALLATION OF POLYMER PREPARATION

4 CHECK THE FOUNDATION TO ENSURE THE DIMENSION ARE ACCORDANCE AS PER ASSEMBLY LAY-OUT/DRAWING
5 USE CHAIN BLOCK/LIFITING EYE/ SLING BELT IN INSTALLING THE EQUIPMENT
6 CHECK THE SPEFICATION OF THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROPER ORIENTATION OF PIPING
7 FIX WITH CHEMICAL ANCHOR BOLT AND TIGHTEN THE NUT AND WASHER
8 ASSEMBLE THE NECESSARY PIPE, OVERFLOW, DRAIN AND SERVICE WATER INLET
[C] HOUSEKEEPING WORKS
1 Removal/Clearing of work area.
2 Removal of caution tapes and other safety signage installed as needed.
3 Return of all tools/equipment used to warehouse/designated approved equipment yard.
