Job Interview Experience

During the job interview, I felt nervous, but I still did my best so that I could answer well
even if I didn't know how to speak English very well. In the job interview, I found my
weaknesses and strengths, and I also shared my knowledge in the interview. They also monitor
my answers to their questions, even if it is hard to speak English. We were all nervous about the
questions, but we ended up having fun being a bit nervous. We were all nervous about the

when you want to work in most places. Even though it's not a real job interview in our chosen
career, I answered all of the questions with all my heart and honestly. I was very nervous before
my interview. My group talked about a variety of topics. The interviewers usually ask you
something related to your job. It’s fun to do a job interview because I'm gaining knowledge, and
the next time I try a job interview, I will definitely be able to answer the questions. I also need to
learn to speak English fluently. I finished the job interview well, my score was good (not bad for
the first time), and at school it was still scary, but it ended okay. Before we went to the job
interview, we first asked our classmates if the question was difficult, and they said it depends on
your application letter.

Experience During Work Immersion Activity

Tutoring can help strengthen subject

comprehension, boost confidence, and build
important learning skills. Tutoring gives students’
individual attention that they don't get in a crowded
classroom. This helps children who struggle to
keep up, as well as those who aren't challenged
enough. Before learning about early childhood in
this class, I never realized all the ways children
develop at such a young age. From the second part
of this course, I learned how much children
develop at the early childhood stage. I never realized children learn about their emotions, having
empathy, and self-concept at such a young age. I thought children had it easy. They play with friends,
start school, and just be kids. One important thing that stood out to me in this chapter is that children’s
self-esteem starts at this stage. Helping others that need it. Being a tutor gives you the skills that you
need in order to help people. After all, that is what a tutor is there for. Their job is to help those
struggling in various areas.
