Dear Anurag ,
Hoonar Tekwurks Consulting LLP (“HTCL”) is undertaking corporate restructuring exercise which would
position us well for the coming years. As part of this exercise it is systematically moving its business operations to
our newly incorporated Hoonar Tekwurks Private Limited (“HTPL”).
Therefore, your employment with HTCL shall be stand transferred to HTPL from 1st July 2021 as part of this.
For the terms and conditions which shall be applicable to your employment with HTPL post the aforementioned
transfer, please refer Annexure 1.
The management sincerely thanks you for your contribution towards growth of Hoonartek and looks forward to
your continued contribution.
PS: This Letter / Advice is computer generated and therefore does not require any signature

• Your transfer from the HTCL to HTPL shall ensure continuation in services to be provided as a part of
your employment.
• Employment terms with HTPL shall be no less favourable, and your employment would be considered
continuous for such available tenure based benefits, as provided for hereunder.
• Current reporting structure, Band / Levels, project allocations, company policies and processes would
continue in the new entity.
• Current commitments by the employee would get transferred to the new entity. This shall cover Joining
bonus, BRI, Education / Certification reimbursement et al.
• Accumulated leaves with the HTCL: You may avail these during the tenure of your employment with
HTPL, subject to the corporate policies regarding accumulation, expiry, encashment and availing
procedure.
• Gratuity: The gratuity you would be entitled to receive from HTPL, when due, would be paid considering
the duration of your continuous employment with the HTCL.
