INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

You are going to take a remote proctored computer based online Test
You are required to login atleast 60 minutes before the starting time of the test.
You are required to take a photo as appearing on the screen and also asked to take a photo of any clear ID Card (which
bears photograph and date of birth) without which you will not be allowed to start the exam.
You will be invigilated/ proctored by a remote proctor who will be watching you through out the examination.
Your exam will be paused by the proctor in case of any continuous suspicious behavior.
The remote proctor is authorized to dismiss you from the test session for any of the following reasons:
Take help of others
Wear a blue tooth device
Read out anything loudly
Leave the system while taking the test
Play radio/TV/Music in the background
Anyone enter the exam room
Attempting to take the test on behalf of someone else.
If found with any other material that may aid in answering questions.

TIMING:

The test you are taking is the Remote Proctoring Online Exam of
minutes duration.
No break is permitted during the test.

Pattern of Questions

B.Tech / Health Sciences:


The Computer Based Test you are going to take has 125 questions in five sections with a total weightage of 125
marks and the total time allowed is 150 minutes.
The Pattern is:
Part I: Physics, 35 questions with total weightage of 35 marks
Part II: Chemistry, 35 questions with total weightage of 35 marks
Part III: Mathematics/Biology, 40 questions with total weightage of 40 marks
Part IV: English, 5 questions with total weightage of 5 marks
Part V: Aptitude, 10 questions with total weightage of 10 marks
Each correct answer fetches 1 mark, no negative marking

INFORMATION ON THE TEST

The questions will appear in English.


You can select the section, which you wish to answer first.
In each of these sections, every question is followed by 4 answer options. Choose the option that is most appropriate.
Indicate your answer by clicking on the circle adjacent to the option which you think is right.
You can change your answer option by clicking “clear answer” button.
You can go to next question by clicking on the Next Question, which will appear below to every question.
You have to answer all the questions in a particular section. You can either skip a question or you can answer all the
questions in that particular section.
You can go to any section by clicking the section name (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology, English and Aptitude),
but you cannot come back to the last question or skipped question.
The answered question number will be marked Green, the unanswered question will be marked in blue, and the skipped
question number will remain in yellow.
You can complete the test by clicking “I want to submit the test” button, which will appear after 120 minutes is elapsed.
The test closes automatically once the allotted time of 150 minutes are over.
You cannot review the answered or skipped questions.
Ensure that you click on submit as a sign of completion.
