2. Please be informed that on June 2, 2022 at about 6:00 AM,1st Provincial

Mobile Force Company conducted of PULISTENIKS/ Physical Conditioning Exercises
held at Camp Diosdado De Leon, San Felipe, CSFP participated by personnel of this
company.

3. The activity started with warm-up exercise followed by Physical Conditioning

Exercises. Said activity ended at about 7:00 AM;
