    Request for a Research Instrument Validator

    Dear Ma’am Visperas,

    On behalf of the MVP’s team of Grade 12 STEM B for the subject Inquiries,
    Investigations, and Immersion, we are gladly and humbly request for you to be one of our
    Research Instrument’s Validator. Our research instrument is a survey via google forms. A quick
    information about research, it is titled “Factors Affecting the Stress Levels of Grade 12 Students
    of Nova Schola Tanauan During the Online Learning System A.Y. 2021-2022.” We aim to
    determine what factors causes stress to our dear schoolmates and find various ways to come up
    with a resolution. With your experience as our school’s Guidance Facilitator we know that you
    have the necessary skills to deal and assess our research instrument. With your expertise honed
    by years of talking and engaging with students’ problems may it be personal or academic, we
    knew that your skills will be one of the best benchmarks and critic for our research instrument.
