REFLECTION:
This LDM Course really shocked me because I did not expect that I will be chosen by
our school head to served as LAC Leader, but this is also one of the greatest
experiences that I ever had. Yes, even if it is challenging to lead my colleagues during
LDM implementation it gave me a courage and strength to do my duties and
responsibilities, this LDM honed a lot of skills and insights that I have right now. It also
improved my intrapersonal and interpersonal skills towards my co-teachers as well as
to stakeholders were vastly improved. This made me a better educator who can deal
with all the challenges that may come to light any time. This also deepened my
knowledge and skills as a teacher. New experiences I gained through this LDM Course
under new normal situation gave me a wisdom and confidence to develop my LDM 2
Practicum Portfolio effectively and efficiently. In this way, I can strongly say that I did
my best in teaching to guide our learners, and gave all the Technical Assistance that I
can share to my colleague. All the MOV’s that I presented in this practicum portfolio
will prove my worth as a LAC Leader, co-teacher and as an educator.
ANNOTATION:
This Portfolio showed my progress on how I catch up with this new normal education.
It makes me more flexible in order to address learners needs. As a LAC Leader its my
responsibilities to further assist and guide the development of my co-teachers in terms
of competencies, skills and additional knowledge. Allow them to reflect on their
teaching practice and support and guide them to assess their own teaching. I also help
them to establish their goals for their professional development. I always assure that
we maintain our professional relationships and work with them to improve professional
and instructional practice.
