9. Other details can be seen in the bidding document. The Purchaser shall not be
held liable for any delays due to system failure beyond its control. Even though the
system will attempt to notify the bidders of any bid updates, the Purchaser shall
not be liable for any information not received by the bidder. lt is the bidders'
responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this bid.

10 On opening date, the bidder can login and see the bid opening process. After
opening the bids, he/she will receive the competitor bid sheets.

11 The bidders should upload the scanned copy of duly signed futl bid documents
(. pdf) along with compl iance reporUstatement.

12 The intending bidder, in case of Prime Equipment Manufacturers shall upload a

self- declaration on their letter-head as PDF file in Cover-l (Technical bid) of e-
tender, along with the tender documents, confirming that they are regularly
manufacturing, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of the similar
equipment for the last 5 years.

13. The intending bidder, in case of Authorized Distributor/ Authorized Dealer shall
possess valid authorized Distributorship /Dealership license from Original
Equipment Manufacturers. The bidder shall enclose the copy of the same as PDF
file in Cover-l of the e-tender while submitting the bid.

14 The bidder must ensure to quote his/her item rate / percentage rate /Lump-sum
bid in the attached Bill of Quantity (Financial Bid) in Excel Format only.

15 All the tender documents (Technical & Financial bid) to be uploaded as per this
tender are to be digitally signed by the bidder.
