Figure ##: Target Trainings and Seminars from School to International Level from 2022- 2030.
The figures above represent the number of teachers who attended various
trainings and seminars, ranging from School-based to international. As the number of
teachers gradually increases from 29 to 37 between 2022 and 2030, school-based or
LAC is expected to have 100% participation. The number of division participants is
expected to rise from 85 percent to 90 percent. Because the regional office offers
limited trainings and seminars, teacher participation in the regional level continuously
rises from 5% to 45 percent. The number of teachers participating at the national level
will increase from 38% to 80%. Teachers are encouraged and inspired at the
international level, and this percentage will climb from 10% to around 75%.

Figure ##: Target Minimum Number of Ancillary Work as Additional workload of the teaching
personnel from 2022- 2030
As seen in the bar graph, there is an uneven distribution of auxiliary effort added to
teachers' required working hours, particularly in the Junior High School Department. The aim is
based on statistics from 2022, which shows that 48 percent of teachers have one additional
load, 20% have two loads, 20% have three loads, 7% have four loads, and 5% have six loads. It
is projected that by the end of the period, 60 percent of teachers will have only one additional
supplementary job and 40 percent will have two additional loads, depending on the teacher's
position.
