The required materials and tools:
 DK weight yarn of any desired colors
I used yarn YarnArt Jeans (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 160 m/50 gr):
 light green (No. 29) for the front part of the body
 dark green (No. 69) for the main part of the body, arms, and legs
 dark brown (No. 70) for the heart seed
 light pink for the cheeks
DK weight yarn, Alize Cotton Gold Hobby (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 165 m/50 gr):
 light red (No. 56) for the heart seed

For pastel colors:

DK weight yarn, I used YarnArt Jeans (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 160m/50gr):
 bright green (No. 11) for the front part of the body
 dark green (No. 69) for the main part of the body, or
yarn Alize Cotton Gold (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 330 m/100 gr):
 green (No. 485) for the main part of the body

 Iris yarn or any different cotton thin yarn of black color for decoration
 Safety eyes D=7-8 mm
 2 mm, 2.25 mm or any different crochet hook matching the yarn
 Stuffing material, fiberfill
 Tapestry needle, scissors

The finished product using the materials described in this pattern is ~ 4.3 inches / 11 cm tall.

Face design.
Insert safety eyes between the 8th and 9th rows. Mark the center
of the part, and 3 sc from the centerline to the right and left.
