KSA MOI Project achievements:

SITE 119:- At my last project in Saudi Arabia, when the program was about to go on hold due to crisis in kingdom’s internal
affairs we as a team played a greater role in bring our project to live by expediting the progress starting from contractor
management, scheduled the early consumable and long lead items to reach the site, planned the required manpower resources
and mobilized as required by master schedule, proactively analyzed risks and mitigated as per contingent plans. That led us go
ahead on plan and saved our project as the progress of the job had reached already 40%.

SITE 117:- Taken the project at the last phase that is testing and commissioning stage and coordinated accordingly with all
contractors who were new to me and properly channeled the work by creating required scheduled for T & C and managed all
the documents like as built drawings, OE schedules, catalogues, reconciliation, final billings, shifting of ownership to clients
facilities team with proper presentation of every equipment etc. This has given a special knowledge about handling clients and
involving in unfamiliar environment to fit myself as a progressive professional.
