Ministral and is subverting the government on Great Ministral. There are suspicions that his
personal troops have begun to infiltrate the security forces on Great Ministral.
*Elladon: An Imperial Special Reconnaisance Company has built a base on the planet,
presaging further direct military involvement. Republic Colonial Security are no match for
them.

species hailing from a world unfriendly to most sentient life. They are able to survive in both
the (majority) marine regions of their moon, as well as the small terrestrial zones. They have
built cities crossing the two, and became light-capable prior to the Republic’s rise. They have
never expanded beyond their home system, however, preferring to hoard knowledge in their
Fortress-Libraries deep under the methane oceans of the planet. Their cities are viable for
other sentients wearing breathing equipment, and their University (divided into rival
Colleges) is the finest in Circuit 1317.
