The disorganized timetable for the projected time for the activities to be implemented got 7.94%
which is the highest percentage. Due to this, it has a significant impact on certain aspects of the
event. The second problem on the list has 4.76% in the lack of advertisements or posters to
distribute in order to make the event more engaging and fascinating.

As a result of this, it causes the lack of involvement and interaction among the participants
which is 3.17%. While the remaining 79.37% stated that no issues were experienced during the
event's implementation. This with the total of 100% responses of the participants.

Conclusions
The Eco Lifestyle: Explore Being an Earthlings Marketer Today in Eco-lution is a livelihood
project that focuses on marketing the crafty pots that our fellow Earthlings have made by means of
upcycling. It is an innovative project to protect the environment while learning and earning money
at the same time and also considering the well-being of the students, and the number of students
who are financially stressed.

During the implementation of the project, we encountered three (3) major problems that
challenged the continuation of our succeeding activities. We encountered conflict regarding the
detailed planning of each activity's schedule, conflict in Advertisement, and inadequate activity
monitoring, particularly in Activity 3: Aspiring Earthlings Marketers. We failed to follow our planned
schedule due to an unexpected situation and even failed to engage with our participants to
encourage them to ask us about their problems during the execution of our third activity. For us to
solve the aforementioned problems, we posted some advisories regarding the changes to our
scheduled dates. Also, the public relations team did their best to maximize their team by assigning
people to interview some participants to share their insights, problems encountered, and coping
strategies, which helped them to get an ace performance in our project.
For future implementers, please be reminded that two weeks' duration for crafting and
selling a pot is not enough. Kindly provide at least 4 weeks or a month to execute the event to
make sure that you can get a high grade in evaluation (increase participants' satisfaction and
retention). When it comes to the changes or extensions of the schedule, please make sure that all
people affected by the project agreed to this. We also suggest allotting at least 2-3 days for the
posting of publication materials before the event. Also, make sure that the committee is dedicated
to ensuring that all participants are accommodated and have access to the project's published
resources.

Overall, I guess despite the hindrances our team encountered, we managed to pull off our
event successfully with the help of all the committees. Given the challenges of our livelihood
project, we were still able to accommodate at least 50 people who have been active since the
beginning of our project. This simply shows that our project is indeed relevant nowadays and
significant, especially for those who are having financial difficulties. We loved that some of our
participants asked us to extend our given time for them to submit their pots, number of sales, and
boost their eco-pot pubs. This shows their dedication and commitment to the Eco-Lifestyle. We are
looking forward to seeing our participants successfully selling their pots locally and globally in the
future.
