Minutes of Meeting

A Hospital committee Meeting chaired by Medical Superintendent was held on 27-10-2021 in AFNC Conference Room at 9:00
AM. The meeting started with the recitation of Holy Quran. MS thanked the participants to attend the meeting.

The following Points were discussed in the meeting: -

Discussions Decisions /Responsibility

 Civil and Electrical Engineer
Both were directed to complete the civil and electrical work
for enhancement of WAPDA load. Manger commercial was Civil engineer and electrical engineer make ensure to
also advised to participate and put his efforts to complete the complete the all project on time and submit weekly
job. report to managing trustee through medical
Deputy Managing trustee and all members visited the Aziz superintendent
Fatimah Nursing College and was pleased with preparations.
He advised the MS and AMS to keep up the job. The
Managing Trustee also visited the construction site of new
admin block along with other team members and gave a few
instructions to MS and civil engineer and proceeded to next
meeting with HODs in Auditorium.

Manger HR
He was directed to complete the hiring process for Aziz Manger HR
Fatimah Nursing College and house keeping staff.

Manager Finance and Accounts

He Presented the Finance report, it was pointed out by the
chairman that two contracts of canteen were not renewed and
policy was violated. MS SB asked the manager admin and
manger finance to explain the reason that why 10% is not
raised for New Year and why contracts are not renewed. Ho
also took serious notice of recoverable amounts pending
against pharmacies. Chairman advised the manger finance for
immediate recovery and renewal of contracts. Manger
commercial was also advised to participate in the process of
recovery and renewal of contracts.
Performance Report of Marketing Marketing should do more work for recovery
Additional Medical Superintendent told that old receivable amount of panel patient and submit monthly
amount from panel patients is about 19 lacs plus. With the report to managing trustee through medical
efforts of Mr. Ghulam Fareed In charge Panel Patients rupees
superintendent
569268/= has been received, yet efforts are made for recovery
of receivable amount. Mr. IjazSab Directed that put full efforts
for recovery and AMS was asked for visit to the Head offices
of deflators, so that recovery may be expedited.

Meeting was adjourned with the views that all above proposals should be implemented actively
Within the desired time and make sure that all members should ensure for implementation.
