Graduation Message

Your time has finally come, Class of 2022! I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations and
commendations to each and everyone of you on this truly remarkable achievement of finishing your
basic education at a time when we are uncertain about so many things. Coping with the challenges
arising from the COVID-19 pandemic has not been easy.

Thus, this should be a date to remember all your life because you finished your basic education despite
the adversities brought about by these trying times.

Today, dear graduates, we celebrate your accomplishments and recognize your resilience, courage and
dedication in this year’s End-of-School-Year rites with the theme “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams
and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity.”

I am confident that as you leave the portals of your beloved school, Guevara High School, you are fully
equipped with the necessary skills that will lead you to your hearts' desires. I hope we have armed you
with 21st century skills and lifelong competencies through a quality education that is accessible,
relevant, and liberating for all.

I encourage you to embrace challenges as you progress. Continue to seize opportunities to learn, grow,
innovate, adapt and be resilient. Remember that learning is a continuous and rewarding journey. Your
commitment to lifelong learning has led to your success and I am confident that the skills you have
acquired will help you stay relevant in your endeavors.

My deepest gratitude to all the teachers for another "bountiful harvest" this academic year 2021–2022.
Hold fast to the ideals that serve as our compass. I pray that the Good Lord would reward you
abundantly.

To all the parents, please accept my utmost felicitations. The graduation of your children today is a
convincing proof of your potential success. I'm most touched whit what you have sacrificed.
