MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) executed by and between:
Camiling West Central Elementary School - 106360, a public elementary school under the
Division of Tarlac Province, with principal office at Romulo Highway, Brgy. Palimbo Caarosipan,
Camiling, Tarlac, represented herein by its SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, DR. ALETH G. LUCERO,
hereinafter referred to as “School.”
-and-
The Barangay Council of Barangay Palimbo Caarosipan, Camiling, Tarlac, represented by its
Barangay Captain, RENATO S. DE MAYO, hereinafter referred as the place where the school is
located, and in partnership with the following Barangay Captain: ARTEMIO V. NAVARRO –
Sinulatan 2nd, MARLO G. ESCARLOS – Poblacion “D”, SAMUEL B. AGUSTIN – Poblacion “E”,
MARK B. CASTILLO – Poblacion “F”, LIGAYA B. ALEGADO – Poblacion “I”, and NOMER E.
JULIAN – Poblacion “J”, hereinafter referred to as the “Barangay LGU Partner”.
WITNESSED, that:
WHEREAS, School has the responsibility of securing resources/ partners to make our
public school competitive and is now calling on the Barangay LGU to serve as a major partner in
the nation’s development and in the improvement of the public education system,
WHEREAS, School believes that one way of achieving an enhanced learning environment
and addressing the dire shortage of resources in public schools is through the provision of
Manpower and Materials Resources.
WHEREAS, the Barangay LGU Partner as the smallest level of local government unit
engaged in assisting the schools for the betterment of the school and its learners.
WHEREAS, the Barangay LGU Partner, has joined to School the “School-Barangay
Brigada Eskwela Partnership”.
WHEREAS, the School and the Barangay LGU Partner will work together for the
activities and campaign intended to School Brigada Eskwela 2021, month of August and
September.

WHEREAS, IATF protocols will be strictly followed upon conducting the activities, to
secure the safety of all participants.
EFFECTIVITY OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect upon signing hereto by the parties this 3 rd day
of August, 2021 at Barangay Palimbo Caarosipan, Camiling, Tarlac.
