MINUTES OF THE CONSULTATIVE MEETING WITH PARENTS HELD ON SEPTEMBER 02, 2022,

2:00 P.M. AT THE SHS BLDG. HUMSS 12-PEARL CLASSROOM

A. OPENING
The adviser, Ms. Mary Jane L. Lamanilao, presided the meeting. It has commenced at 2:00 P.M. and
adjourned at 3:00 P.M. Friday, September 22, 2022 at HUMSS Grade 12-Pearl room.

B. ATTENDANCE
There are 10 parents present during the consultative meeting. See attached attendance.

C. AGENDA
1. ELECTION OF HOMEROOM PTA OFFICERS
The adviser conducted the election for Homeroom PTA Officers for school year 2022-2023.
Below is the list of the said officers:

SECRETARY: Mrs. Elvie L. Concha
TREASURER: Mrs. Marites O. Agaloos

2. PROPOSAL OF CLASSROOM PROJECT

The adviser proposed the purchase of ceilings fans as classroom project for school year 2022-2023.
The parents enthusiastically agreed to the said proposal and affirmed to participate in the undertakings of the
adviser.

3. REITERATION OF SCHOOL’S CODE OF DISCIPLINE

The adviser reiterated to the parents the existing Code of Disciplines of the school. The adviser
appealed for the cooperation of the parents in disciplining their children.

D. ADJOURNMENT
Ms. Mary Jane L. Lamanilao, the adviser, without any other concerns from parents adjourned the
meeting at 3:00 P.M. in the afternoon.
