Preliminaries:
1. National Anthem: It was started by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem by
Mrs. Maryjane M. Zafra,grade 1 adviser
2. Words for the Day: After which, an inspirational message was given by our
Kindergarten Teacher,Mrs. Armida C. Sonio.I
3. Prayer: immediately followed by a prayer led by mrs. Evelyn D. Salvador, Master
Teacher
A. Call to order:
The presiding officer called the meeting to order.
B. Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting:
The Internal secretary read the minutes of previous of the Meeting
C. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting:
Mrs. Evelyn D. Salvador moved for the approval of the minutes of the previous meeting,
seconded and was unanimously approved.

D. Presentation of the New Agenda:
1. Receptacle Bins
2. Trash Rocks
MEETING PROPER:
1. To provide 5 receptacle bins and tash rocks :
The School head acted as the moderator during the meeting.
7 teachers accepted the challenges on how to maintain the proper disposal of waste in
the school compound.
All grade Advisers and students are advice to observe proper waste segregation.
Our School Principal Roel B. Sarandi, introduced and discussed the befits and proper
implementation of waste management.
The objective of this Project is to Enhance and Practice of Proper wastes segregation
Activity: Advocacy of school ESWM Output: Improved awareness of stakeholders of the school ESWM
(proper segregation of wastes)
(Project Activities Programs). Date of implementation: August 2022 Budget: P 3500.00
Budget Source: MOOE, Barangay Fund, Solicitation
The School Principal, also informed this project to stake holders through our Official
School GC.

He also informed us that there will be another meeting on August 26, 2022 for the next Project of
our school.
