 First is you have to know the reason why you chose that specific Google tools.
Having a reason will make you easily find and search to whether why you need to
use it and will what will it benefit you. Second are you had to know how you will use it
like whether you will use it for your schedule reminder, worksheet or anything else.
Knowing how and why you will use it make the work easier and will not let you be
confused. For example, when you want to post a video tutorial for your students and
give them task after they finish watching the video so you will make use of Google
forms for it to be easier and you will not have to inform them one by one.
