ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
INTERVENTION PLAN IN TLE 8 (AGRI-CROP PRODUCTION)
FARM EQUIPMENT

I. RATIONALE:
Based on the Activity done last February 4-5, 2022, the Grade 8 TLE Teacher found out that

there are learners who did not perform well and failed in the said activity regarding Farm Equipment.

This result has motivated the teacher to design an intervention program to be able to help the failed

learners cope up with the said lesson.

Grade 8 learners must be able to improve their mastery of the lesson. To do this, the teacher

has requested a two-day remedial teaching and re-assessment using the strategic intervention material

made by the teacher.

Factors that affect the mastery of lesson of the learners:

1. Online Class

 Learners do not have full attention to learn a given lesson or topic

 Not all learners are capable in joining the online classes

2. Printed SLM/LAS

 Learners are more interested and cooperative if the modality is face-to-face

 Not all learners are independent learners

3. Social Media

 Learners nowadays are addicted to social media rather than do researching

4. Gadgets/Online Games

 The attention of the learners is divided and often disrupted by playing games

5. Learning Environment

 Some learners are in the squatter’s area and noisy surroundings so they could hardly

focus on their studies

II. INTERVENTION TOOL
The teacher made use of her self-designed Strategic Intervention Material (SIM) – Farm

Equipment to be able to lift the mastery of the learners regarding the Farm Equipments. The teacher

designed the SIM primarily to help the learners:

 differentiate Farm Equipment from Farm Implements

 name the Farm Equipment needed in agricultural operation

 determine the uses of Farm Equipment in farm operation

III. MONITORING AND IMPLEMENTATION

The teacher made the following steps to make sure there will be an improvement on the

mastery of the learners with regard to Farm Equipment.

 Conducted remedial teaching using online modality of learning via google meet

 Printed the SIM and distributed among learners who were not involved in the online class

 Monitored and re-assessed learners through an activity sheet made by the teacher
