 The Principal who at the same time served as the presider presented and discussed the

1. Re-Orientation on Parent-Teachers Association

• Basic Concepts related to PTA


• Composition of PTA
• Guiding Principles for PTA
• Functions of PTA
• Limitations of PTA in the exercise of authority
• Roles of PTA as Partner ACTS (Association of Cagasat Teachers and Staff) and
DepEd in realizing its Mission, Vision and Core Values

2. Ammendments on the CNHS-Main PTA Constitution and By-Laws

• Reading and presentation of the CNHS-MAIN PTA Constitution and By-Laws


• Motion by PTA President- Elizabeth P. Bermudez, to review first the formulated PTA
Constitution and By-Laws before adoption
• Discussion of some ammendments
• Motion carried and approved

3. Committee

• Curriculum Committee (3 members)


• Beautification Committee (3 members)

• Ways and Means Committee (3 members)

• Program Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (3 members)

• Student Welfare and Development Committee (4 members)

• Canteen Committee (3 members)

• Oath-taking and Induction to Office (during Nutrition Month Culmination Program)
