To fix this, all you need to do is to start eating for


nutrition instead of for pleasure, avoid processed
food and minimize sugar consumption.

LACK OF EXERCISE

If you're not working out, then you're missing out on


one of the biggest chunks of attractiveness gains.

Imagine how much better you would look if you

added weight lifting to your routine, you would :

Look more masculine


Look more trustworthy
Improve your posture
Improve confidence

Not doing cardio on the other hand makes your skin

look much worse than it would otherwise, adding a

bit of cardio to your routine would improve blood

circulation and new skin cell production, making

your skin look much better and healthier in the

process.

LACK OF SLEEP

This is a big one, many people neglect their sleep,


you don't want to be like those people.

Neglecting your sleep will result in :

Redder eyes
Swollen eyes
More wrinkles
Hanging eyelids

Droopy corners of the mouth

Not to mention all the muscle gain you'd be losing if


you didn't sleep enough.

NO CONFIDENCE

Nobody likes nor respects a man who isn't


confident.

Treat others around you poorly

Then you've got some work to do.

The best way to build confidence is through


personal achievements, for example starting a
business or building your dream body.

Whatever it may be, you need to get out there and


start making things happen.

POOR BODY LANGUAGE

The body can communicate many things without the


person even saying a word, for example :

Crossed arms = defensiveness


Averted eye contact = self-conscious
Slumped posture = lack of confidence or
boredom

To improve body language, simply be conscious of


when you're doing anything that you shouldn't, for
example, train maintaining eye contact or avoid not
standing straight like a plague.

You'll find that you'll improve in that regard very


quickly if you put your mind to it.

OVER-ACCESSORIZING

Accessories are great for improving your style,


however, you need to know when to scale them
back.

All you need is:

A nice watch
A piece of jewelry or 2

You don't want to be like one of those guys that


wears 5 necklaces and has a ring on every finger.

Also, remember that you don't need to add any


accessories if they don't fit your style.

HAVING A WRONG HAIRCUT

The most attractive face in the world looks average


with the wrong haircut.

Just because a specific haircut looks good on


somebody, doesn't necessarily mean it will look
good on you, as everybody has a different face
shape.

The haircut that you should get makes your face


have as much symmetry as possible.

For example, if your face is longer than most


people's, then you don't want short sides with a long
top, as that will make your face look even longer.

AN UNKEMPT BEARD

If you have a beard or plan to grow one out, then


you should keep in mind that it's like a second
haircut.

You should wash it regularly, and know when to trim


it when needed.

Just like with your hair, you should match what kind
of beard style you want to get with your face shape.

Using the same example as above, if you have a


longer face than most people, then having a long
beard won't do you any favors, give it some width
instead by having fuller cheeks on a beard.

DRESSING LIKE A BOY

I can't stress this enough, if you don't dress like a


man, then you won't be treated like a man.

Here's what to avoid:

Hoodies
Cargo shorts
Baggy clothes
T-shirts with graphics
Clothes with big logos

Simplicity is the key, also make sure that you wear


clothes that fit your body, you don't want them to be
too tight, nor too loose.

LOW TESTOSTERONE

This is the biggest issue that men are facing today,


but not only do low T levels make your mental
health and libido go down the drain, but it also has
profound effects on your appearance, like:

Decreased muscle mass


Less masculine facial features

Raising your testosterone is a matter of having


masculine habits, your body produces the amount of
testosterone that it thinks you deserve, so you won't
have high testosterone when all you do is play video
games and watch Netflix all day.

Here's a few things that raise T levels:

Weight lifting
Combat sports
Reducing stress
A high protein diet
Taking responsibility
Spending time in the sun
Taking part in competition
