I. PROJECT TITLE 1. The Project title is very informative. You can easily determine the
whole action/project based on its title.

II. RATIONALE 2. This part really follows step in Making a proposal. This part is
clear and very specific.

III. OBJECTIVES 3. The objective is good. It’s very easy to do and to follow. It is also
easy to achieve.

IV. SCOPE 4. This part stated all the possible extent of this project, Who can
join, Who is Benefeciaries, What are the advantages of this project
and more.

V. TIME FRAME 5. This part is very short and yet accurate.

VI. IMPLEMENTING STAGES 6. I can see the succession of the task in this part. This is really the
most exciting part. You can see the distribution of tasks and other
related agenda(s).

MONITORING AND 7. It’s regular Monitoring. The most easy part to do.

Parts of the Proposal PROPOSAL
I. PROJECT TITLE PROJECT REBB : Re-planting for Earth's Better Breathing.

II. RATIONALE Trees are as important as life. As the biggest plants on the planet,
they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to
the world's wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools
and shelter. Trees purify our air and combat climate change . Trees
helps us to avoid catastrophe like floods and landslides . Planting
trees is saving a life.

On the 6th day of April different scientists from all over the world
protests to warn us about the current situation of our mother earth .
According to them , we only have 3-4 years to save the earth from
climate change , but unfortunately they are being ignored by the
government and worst they are arrested for speaking the truth about
the situation of our world . To give them support we need to help
them save the earth. PROJECT REBB: Re-planting for Earth's
Better Breathing is created to encourage and motivate the youth to
do Re-planting or tree planting to save lives and save Earth.

III. OBJECTIVES
• To practice unity and cooperation.
• To support the scientists.
• To avoid great calamities.
• To save lives.
• To combat climate change.
 To save earth.

IV. SCOPE
The program is applicable for all the people inside the community.
The project covers planting of trees and helping the scientists to
combat against climate change.

V. TIME FRAME The program will run form May 1 2022 to November 1 2022.
Exactly six (6) months with one hundred and eighty four (184) days.

VI. IMPLEMENTING
STAGES  Prepare for the mechanics of the project.
A. Pre-Implementation  Arrange the schedule and tasks properly.
Activities  Inform all the volunteers of the advantages of the Project.
 Conduct a short meeting before starting the project.
 Prepare the Monitoring tools.

B. During  Distribute the task Properly.
Implementation  Make a list of goal for that day.
Activities  Plant trees as many as possible.
 The Project should run for Six months with consistency.
 Facilitators must always monitor.
