It is to inform that Plot No. 135 measuring an extent of 349.00 Sq.Mtrs in
MSME Park, Peddavaranr was allotted to you ie., Sri Majji Rama Rao, proptx. M/s
New Raha Mattresses Products on out Right sale Basis @ Rs.s19/- per sq.Mtr for
setting up of "Manufacturing of All Kinds of Mattresses and pillows,, industry in
the reference 1"t cited subject to the terms and conditions mentioned therein. The
total plot cost works out to Rs 1,42,916.00 after allowing 50% rebate under BC
Category

You have paid an amount of Rs 2,85,983 I towards plot cost within the
stipulated time to APllC.
It is further to inform that, Head Office, ApllC in the reference 3'd cited
revised the land rate from Rs.819A to Rs 1033/- per Sq.Mtr in MSME park,
Peddavaram including the development cost to provide infrastructure facilities ln
the lvSl\/E Park, Peddavaram and advised to collect the difference land cost of
Rs.214l- per Sq.Mtr from the allottees
Further as per the site plan issued by the Engineering wing the area of the plot
No.135 atlvslVlEPark-Peddavaram arrivedto334.00sq lvtrsinsteadof 349.00Sq
. mtrs earlier communicated.

ln view of the above, the conditions of 1,2 & 7a of the provisional allotment order
issued in the reference 1't cited are modified as here under.

1.The Plot No. 135 measuring 334.00 sq. Mts are allotted at a tentative cost of
Rs.1033.00 per Sq. IVleter. The total tentative cost of the plot works out to
Rs.3,45,022 /- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Thirty Seven Thousand one Hundred
Twenty Two only). After allowing the 50% rebate of Rs. 1,72,511.00 under BC
Category. the Net plot cost works outto Rs 1,72,511 00.

6. You should pay the tentative total amount of the plot cost, which works out to
Rs. 1,72,51 1 /- on or before 30 04.2021 for which you have paid land cost
amount of Rs. 2,85,983 00 already paid

T Timelines for Project implementation:


a.You should commence construction of factory building, duly obtaining building
plan approvals from the competent authorities within 6 MONTHS of being put
in possession and you should go into commercial production, duly erecting
machinery and obtaining regular power supply connection within the time lines
mentioned in your DPR/Online application but not later than the stipulated time
of TWO YEARS of being put in possession of ti-eTll6[ted ploUland duly fulfilling
the following as envisaged in your DPR/Online application and also assured by
you in your online application

The other terms and conditions of the Provisional Allotment order issued in
the reference 1"t cited are holds good and unaltered.
ln view of the above, you have already paid an amount of Rs. 2,85,983/-
towards the balance plot cost withrn the stipulated time to this office.
