1. Security Check Point.


Coulomb to consider temporary guard house as security check point somewhere next to smoking
area or if need to utilize smoking area HE will coordinate with SNAP for the permit.
This Security check point to check all the worker ID, badges, safety induction, working permit,
temperature, and other mandatory compliance before entering the construction area.

2. Propose to have small barricade (blue dot line) to ensure everyone using dedicated pedestrian
pathway. The routing to of entrance to follow green arrow.

3. To have small barricade for all dedicated pedestrian path way where applicable.

4. Coulomb to add the detail of Hard Barricade, indicate the height, color, signage, etc. Attached
example from the previous project for reference. It's important to understand the barricade as we
are working in the live substation.

5. Coulomb to indicate the legend of this following 1 ~ 5 item. In addition to this, Coulomb also to
have Site Storage facility for tools, small materials, and others. If required another space, Hitachi
Energy will communicate with SNAP.

6. Understand this shelter can be utilize for workers to have a rest, Coulomb to calculate number of
manpower and to ensure have adequate rest shelter. If required to build temporary shelter,
Hitachi Energy will communicate with SNAP according to propose location from Coulomb.

7. Propose this location as Toolbox Meeting location every morning before start the work.

8. Propose to extend small barricade for pedestrian of SNAP personnel.

9. Coulomb to clearly indicate the waste bin, the waste bin should be segregated as per minimum
requirement.
10. wind shock need to install near lifting activities will perform since site located on hills and wind
will consider during mechanical lifting
