1.2.2. Qualification, deliverables.


A product needs to meet MWG's requirements in the mobile segment, it must be a
genuine product recognized by the MWG company. When a product is put on the
market, it is imperative to have complete papers and detailed information about that
product. Content production preparation includes: actual product photos or images
provided by the manufacturer, descriptions and product configuration information on the
website.

1.2.3. Key Milestones.


Milestone schedule is a schedule that controls and manages all project-related
milestones and ensures that assignments are not delayed.

In this project there are 5 important milestones:

• October 1, 2020: Draft project starts

• October 2, 2020: Internet research, Book, Google Scholar.

• October 2, 2020 to October 8, 2020: Interviewing sales staff, writing questions,


searching information.

• October 9, 2020 to October 12, 2020: Ask a salesperson, create a question using
google form, go to the

workplace to collect sales staff's opinion.

• October 13, 2020 to October 15, 2020: Summarize and submit the reporting period.

1.2.4. Duration.
The report, from October 1, 2020 to October 15, 2020 will pass into research,
interviews, analysis and reviews. this is a time restricted undertaking, due to the fact the
corporation is in need of solving other side problems within the company. The entire
time have to not exceed 15 days as it will affect the project stop date and bring about
the undertaking exceeding the monetary allowance.

1.2.5. Cost.
The cost of power, water, and personnel training is $ 35 according to day (As most
training at MWG is free ). The assignment takes 20 days, so it's going to cost round
