ENVIRONMENT
HSE data sheet to be delivered for all materials and chemicals which can impact health and environment. Goods offered to OSM
shall not exceed threshold values for asbestos, PCB, ozone depleting substances, organotin, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, lead,
mercury, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), polychlorinated naphtalenes, radioactive
substances, shortcain chlorinated paraffins (Alkanes, C10-C13 chloro), perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) and brominated flame
retardant (HBCDD) ref. EU SRR 1257/2013. If products containing above materials are offered, a Supplier Declaration of Conformity
(SDoC) and Material Declaration (MD) to be included in your offer. Single use plastic items are in general not to be delivered to OSM
vessles. Enviromentally friendly packing to be used for deliveries. If use of plastic is unavoidable, OSM encorage use of biogradable
or compostable plastic.

Osm Requirements for Vendors/ Contractors**

1. Must Comply with PMC 45 of 2021.

2. Ensure vendor/ sub-contractor employees are registered & tested under RRT within 7 days of
boarding.
3. Any employee, contractor / sub-contractor boarding vessel is tested negative prior boarding
as per MPA guidelines. (RRT or In-frequent Visitor)
4. Inform Master & Vessel Manager of “3” above & in case of any positive result within 14 after
ship visit.
5. Follow instructions of ship staff to comply with the COVID 19 Precautions.
6. Do not board if unwell.
7. Avoid use of toilets on board & if at all required, use only designated toilet to be used.
8. Do not enter Crew Living Quarters & Common areas.
9. Carry your own water & food. Do not consume anything from ship. Do not eat with sip staff.
10. Wear Mask & Gloves at all times. Dispose off PPE in designated bins provided on board.

- Floatation Vest when embarking from a launch boat
- Safety Helmet & Non-slip safety shoes with steel or composite toe cap when working onboard
- Protective impact-resistant eyewear if using power tools
- Hearing protection if working in the Engine Room or other spaces where use is designated
