Fats- 73.3g – 85.56g (30-35%)

Carbohydrates – 275g – 330g (50-60%)

Protein – 2200 x 10% = 220/4 = 55g in 10%

2200 x 15% = 330/4 = 82.5g in 15%

Fats – 2200 x 0.3 = 660/9 = 73.3g in 30%
