transfers rates, Mandatory mention of Airport transfers cost.
28. All rate letters to include packed meals mentioned with a price with (T&C).

Sales - F&B

30. Weekday Lunches and Dinner are highly effected by social media postings, recent sharing
attracted 1200++ reach. Please raise request for creative’s or artwork at least 3 per week.
31. News Paper pamphlets on Monday & Wednesday or once a week, during week day. Copy
Flier given. (Within 5 Kms of residential buildings and colonies)
32. Food Festival’s – Recommended, to be discussed with the team, if chef’s can be invited from
other hotels in North India on Hotels expense. Awadhi, Kutchi, Gujarati & Punjabi Food
festivals are highly recommended. (Similarly Chef’s from South can be sent to North India
hotels for Food Festival’s).
33. Recommended is to keep Authentic South Indian at ground level and separate fine dining for
North Indian and Chinese to increase APC.
34. Tent Card’s in rooms with Snacks Menu or a package with snacks + Water + Soda + Juice, this
would increase the APC of the hotel. (Keep this menu on slighter higher side)

Sales – Banquet,

35. Pamphlets for Food to mention Banquet. (Use the flier given).
36. Place a Welcome Drink Station in Lobby. Since Banquet guests arrive and wait in the lobby.
37. Couple of Hoardings, 1 on the Chennai One Side and Other at OMR Road, after perungudi
about the banquet. Can be done once he sale is increased and costing can be taken out. OR a
hanging hoarding can be raised on the right hand side of the hotel facing, OMR Road.
38. Banquet Sales Executive, going forward to be on board.
