Introduction
Traditionally focused on the supply of spare parts for the weaving industry, ITG GROUP has
evolved and developed into an internationally diversified company.

History
Founded in 1967 in Como, Italy, Giorgio Giamminola & C. SpA is the historical seat of ITG GROUP.

In 2011 the seat was strategically transferred to the modern installations located in Shanghai.

The Company has expanded, during the 1990s, with the establishment of technical and
commercial subsidiaries: from Europe to Africa, from Central and South America to Asia.

Today, the Group comprises fourteen divisions and is represented by agencies and distributors in
four continents. ITG GROUP has evolved from a small Italian family-owned business into an
international enterprise, capable of offering high standard global service to its customers.
