ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
ON THE ROLL-OUT OF ALIGNING AIP WITH BE-LCP

With the notification received from the school head, I attended the AIP-APP and
BELCP Alignment Roll-out at Tadian Cooperative building on August 17, 2021. Review,
adjustment, timelines and alignment of AIP to BE-LCP were some of the concerns
presented and discussed by Mr. John Libongen. Accordingly, adjustments and
modifications were to be implemented within the School Year 2021-2022 only, as a
strategic action in response to this call of time. Furthermore, some of the things which
were stressed out were the 2 preparations of 2021 and 2022 AIP with the respective
timeframe and all activities in the APP should be aligned in the BE-LCP. Mr. Rosendo
Cacap also presented and discussed on the preparation of Modified AIP and APP. He
presented the parts of AIP and walked through examples and gave some notes and
reminders to be done in modifying AIP. He stressed out that uncertain donations and
solicitations were not to be included in the AIP and could be placed in the supplemental if
in case it will be realized. He further added that for the Budget per activity, details shall
be placed in another sheet as AIP Annex and it will serve AIP attachments. As for the
PPMP, it should contain the day to day commonly used supplies used by teachers and
donations shall not be included.
Reminders and review in the modification of PPMP, AIP and APP were discussed
further in the afternoon. Mr. Alfonso Berto explained that PPMP consists of the needs of
each teacher and can be consolidated as school PPMP but its consolidation will be placed
under AIP. With further discussions, facilitated by the OIC, PSDS of Tadian District II David
I. Caoili and the School Head of Cagubatan ES and Vicente Pe PS Mrs. Catherine Domede,
and one of the ADAS of Tadian II Mr. Alfonso Berto, timelines and due dates for
submission of AIP, APP, PPMP, BE-LCP to the ADAS, to the OIC, PSDS were set and
agreed upon.
