The Peer Evaluation grade constitutes TEN PERCENT (10%) OF YOUR TOTAL SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT POINTS OF YOUR STRATEGIC
MANAGEMENT PAPER.
Note:
Please be objective in evaluating your groupmates. Practice honesty, integrity, and UPRIGHTNESS.
Directions:
1. Fill out the details at the top part of the form.
2. Evaluate the person by referring to the criteria.
3. At the second part of the evaluation, please summarize the points you have given to the person evaluated. One evaluation
form per one member of the group.
4. Indicate your name as evaluator.
5. The Group Leader will collect all forms and submit it to the faculty via Canvas. (Faculty will create a submission tab for the
submission of the Peer Evaluation Grade. Please take note that the number of files to be submitted corresponds to the
number of members. Only the Group Leader will submit the file on the date appointed by the faculty member.)
6. Add the total number of scores.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Late submission of the Peer Evaluation Forms, grade will not be included in the
computation.

7. Once you have all the summarized scores, add them and divide it with the number of persons who did the evaluation.

Example:
95 + 100 +90 / 3= 95
8. Your peer evaluation grade is 95%. This will comprise 10% of your total grade for the summative assessment.
95 x .10 = 9.5
