career development, life goals, and personal factors influencing career choices.

Performance Standard: Set a personal career goal based on the results of self-
assessment of various personal factor.

MELC: The learners explain the factors in personal development that may guide
him/her in making important career decisions as adolescents

At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:


1. Identify factors influencing career choices that may help them in career decision
making;
