3. COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Project execution management is an operation-oriented approach to managing organization’s
project processes. This subject is an in-depth development and a vital part of operation management
knowledge of Business management major.
The Project execution management module provides learners and managers with necessary and
systematic knowledge, tools, and skills on designing and operating project processes and controlling
project implementation results. This subject focuses on managing the execution of different types of
organization’s projects such as new product/service development, manufacturing, construction,

equipment or system installation, maintenance, administrative, research and other projects. This is a
very useful course for business executives and future entrepreneurs.

9. COURSE REQUIREMENT & EXPECTATION


- Students are required to attend at least 80% of class hours to be eligible for attending the final
exam.
