 Fraternity and It’s Definition

A fraternity (from Latin frater: "brother"; whence, "brotherhood") or fraternal

organization is an organization, society, club or fraternal order traditionally
of men associated together for various religious or secular aims.
Types
The only true distinction between a fraternity and any other form of social
organizations is the implication that the members are freely associated as equals for a
mutually beneficial purpose rather than because of a religious, governmental,
commercial, or familial bond – although there are fraternities dedicated to each of
these fields of association.

Today/tonight, we open this ritual and ceremony in harnessing the powers and
abilities of our members.
With passionate and cordial greetings, we humbly accept and understand the
individuals who will participate and partake with our group.
Let us unite in a cause that is just, and honorable, while celebrating the gifts and
blessings that life has given us.

Choice of color:
The appropriate color of ties would be white, red and black. Proper etiquette, social
code and courtesy on how certain colors would be worn can be found on the internet.
It is deemed appropriate that members would wear proper attire on formal meetings,
or ceremonies. It is not a requirement for members to be exorbitant on matters where
seriousness is a requirement.
 Origin of the Order of Meterions

The Seventh and Last Pentacle of Mars. – write thou this upon
Virgin Parchment Paper with the blood of a bat, in the day and hour of Mars; and
uncover it within the Circle, invoking the Demons Spirits of the Nature of Mars,
especially those which are written in the whose Names are therein written; and thou
shalt immediately see hail and tempest.
Editor’s Note.– In the center of the Pentacle are the Divine Names, El and Yiai,
which have the same numerical value when written in Hebrew. The Letters in
Hebrew, and in the Secret Alphabet called the Celestial, compose the Names of
Spirits. Round the Pentacle is:– "He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their
land. He smote their vines also, and their fig-trees."

Metatron Name in Hebrew

The latter would be a more plausible explanation on the origins of the guild. And
more details and information can be found in the internet.
