Use in your World

Before each map I give some suggestions
for how you might enjoy using it. Again,
this is a free map pack and I mostly want
to offer these maps as a starting point for
any DM looking to homebrew. All maps
are set at sea so they can honestly be used
so long as you are not in port and need to
show that.
The Pirate Ship
This pirate ship can be used either for an
encounter with pirates or as the group’s
ship should they care to play privateers.

Upper Level
The upper deck sports 10 cannons, 2
ballistas, and 1 mega cannon. Aside from
that it’s clear and efficient. This is because
during a boarding action this part of
the ship should see the majority of the
fighting.

Middle Level
This level holds the supplies, booty, and
the sleeping are for the majority of the
crew. Again this level is mostly functional.

Lower Level
The final level on this ship holds a few
more supplies, a large cage that be used
as a brig or to hold some beast the pirates
control, and the captain’s sleeping area.
The Evil Ship
The evil ship is meant for wicked parties
or the groups main bad guy.

Upper Level
The upper level has been darkened to
match the heart of its captain and instead
of a mega-cannon includes 10 cannons
and 4 ballistas in place of two. The skull
in front can simply be decorative or it can
fire a magical weapon if you like.

Middle Level
Here in the middle we again have the
crews sleeping area and a dark chapel
area. This level also holds supplies and a
magical circle.

Lower Level
The final level here is similar to that of
the ship before this one but includes two
cages for sacrifices and the captains area
has been given a religious idol.
The Mage’s Ship
This ship is perfect for a party traveling
with a mage or from a baddie who
happens to be a magic user. Either way it
simple but fun.

Upper Level
On this ship the defenses are made by
a crew but so long as the magic circles
under the catapults remain ammo will
never run out. Feel free to decide how
much damage they do I tend to go with
4d10+5 but to each their own.

Lower Level
The lower level of the ship contains three
rooms. The first is the entryway from
above and the other two are rooms. One is
from the crew and holds supplies whereas
the other is for the mage whose ship it is.
Here the magus will have everything they
need from a desk, to books, and finally a
working magic/summoning circle.
The Comfort Ship
This ship is for the DM who wants to
spoil his party while they travel across the
seas. As the name implies the point of this
ship is to relax and enjoy. It also works
well for escort missions.
Now aside from the party this ship does
not need a crew. From the cannons, to
the food, to anything else they may like
that is on the ship is worked by magical
servants. Though invisible they respond
well to demand, make tasty meals, and can
operate the cannons on board.

Upper Level
The upper level of this ship has a
number of potted plants to add to the
loveliness and includes a table to stuff
your face at. From here the party can relax
as they as sailed to their adventure. Unless
of course the adventure from below finds
them.

Lower Level
This level is meant for comfort. As you
can there are two rooms for sleeping. One
holding four beds and the other having a
double. Differences was included in case
the party should wish to give the better
room to a person of interest they are
taking care of. The nicer room opens into
a dressing area and connects to the dining
area and storerooms.
Templates
Here are the empty maps of the ship for
you to make them however you would like.
I hope you enjoy!
