    Proven relevant work experience


    Directs the repair and maintenance of Knowledge of different farming
    farm buildings and equipment. methods
    Ensures the safety and efficiency of Knowledge of how to maintain farm
    poultry operations equipment
    Assist farm staff in garden work Practical skills for tasks such as
    Harvest and inspect crops fencing
    Spray fertilizer Effective Communication skills

    Support production planning and
    scheduling for all farm areas.
