1.0 UCAPAN PENGERUSI

1.1 En Azizan bin Ab Rahman , BCN.,BCK. selaku Pegawai Penguasa Kanan Makluman
Pasukan Projek Persekutuan (Kedah)mempengerusikan mesyuarat
interaksi bahan untuk hari ke dua ini.

En Mohd Nor Sahrul Md Ali selaku arkitek Bahagian Rekabentuk Fasiliti

Kesihatan 2, memaklumkan yang sesi hari, seperti semalam adalah untuk
pihak pembekal membuat pembentangan akan produk mereka, pematuhan
kepada spesifikasi yang disyaratkan dan juga pembekal jenis waranti yang
diberikan untuk projek ini.

2.0 Pembentangan Pertama – Jubin

Pembekal yang membuat pembentangan adalah Madam Margaret Ooi dan Makluman
Mr Lim Lian Peng.

2.1 Butiran Maklumbalas Guocera

approved epoxy grout of suitable
width to manufacturer’s details and
shall be levelled evenly to prevent
chipping due to movement of
equipment and trolleys.

yang akan bemula pada 4-7hb November 2019 untuk memastikan sebelum
peperiksaan SPM bermula, dan musim cuti sekolah.

Deraf ini akan diperincikan dan diserahkan kepada JKR secara rasmi.
