•Work in conjunction with BMS to Monitor and HVAC operating system parameters. Assist the engineering department to confirm
matching with design and commissioning documents at all times.
•Work with the engineering department to monitor obsolete systems and ensure adequate levels of spare parts are available.
•Coordinates the routine for assisting engineering in HVAC department.
•Works in conjunction with HSE to review HVAC SSOWs periodically to confirm adequacy to the work control. Recommends
amendments accordingly.
•Risk management and health and safety
•Conducts surveys of asset conditions and assesses remaining useful life. Reports findings to management.
•Conduct internal audit and inspections of work on site and provides corrective support and instructions to the team.
•Apply critical spare parts procedures and obtains approval of client for reimbursement.
•Prepare weekly mitigation files and obtain client approvals.
•Performs any relevant duties as required or assigned by management.
•Provides all required assistance during emergency maintenance and shutdowns.
