IF YOU COULD CHOOSE ONE WAY TO COMMUTE TO SCHOOL, WOULD YOU

RATHER: RIDE A BICYCLE, TAKE A TRAIN OR DRIVE YOUR OWN CAR.

Every day people use a conveyance to go to school, university, work and others. Many
years ago, people didn’t have the option to choose because they didn’t have access to
several conveyance, there were not bicycles, cars, no trains and most people walked to
their destination or used transport animals.
Although today most people have access to their own car, this has had a great
environmental impact due to the pollution it generates. We should consider other option
to transport us, as ride a bicycle.
Riding a bicycle has several advantages as:
- It is good for Mental health: It helps to control stress and lower cortisol levels. Also, it
helps to manage anxiety.

insurance, license and much more. By riding a bicycle, we can save in all that, which
places it at the top of the low-cost transportation methods.
-It does not pollute: Bicycle is one of cleanest transportation methods, it helps to
reduce the ecological footprint. For no one is secret, Vehicles generate toxic gases,
such as carbon dioxide, unburned hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, among others. On
the other hand, the use of a bicycle has a much smaller impact on the environment.
- Keeps you in shape: It is a way to do exercise. Usually, maintaining an exercise
routine every day is complicated, but to ride a bicycle is a fun way to do exercise.
- It will make you happy: Cycling makes you release endorphins that make you feel
happy, reduce daily stress and make you feel much better about yourself. Using the
bicycle also oxygenates the brain, which reduces the risk of depression that you could
have and stimulates concentration.
