a – MATERIALS

• The characteristic strength for Reinforced concrete should not be less


than 35 Mpa for all structural elements.
• Reinforcing bars are of steel 400 bars and stirrups.
• All used materials must comply with the SBC 1101 & SBC 301

b - FLOOR LOADS
Live load for different floors:-
• 2.00 kN / m2 for Ground floor
• 2.00 kN / m2 for Frist floor
• 2.00 kN / m2 for Roof floor
• 3.00 kN / m2 for Bathrooms
• 3.00 kN / m2 for Stairs

Design With Capacity

From the output files of safe 2016 program for each part of the
slab we get the contour lines of moments in both direction M11 &
M22.So we get the capacity of bottom & top RFT Mesh in both
direction & then determine zones which need additional RFT
(Top& Bottom) in both direction.
