guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and
successful experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators
that are most commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence
you have to organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important)
to 10 (the least important) and write a composition expressing how they have
been part of your professional development. Recycle the grammar and
vocabulary you have learned in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is
the most important factor in my motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things.
In my current job I have learned how to use Photoshop and how to market
different products online. I am becoming very good at it and now I am able to

Lifestyle should be one of the most fundamental motivations, since you struggle
to have a lifestyle, whatever it is, you struggle to achieve it, above all, not being
how you do not want to be.

Obviously there must be an interest in everything we do. it is already essential

to doggedly pursue an idea. Otherwise it would be disinterested

Relationships are necessary in any aspect of our life, since alliances are formed
to achieve common goals, which otherwise would be difficult to achieve, for
example to get a job you need to be related to people who are in the workplace.
Field that you want to work and thus obtain a decent job.

Recognition is a fundamental pillar as motivation, because you fight to be

Recognized in what you do and achieve.

Challenges make me feel motivated, they help me to fight with other people in
Different areas of life.

Being competence in what I do guarantees my reputation in all areas of my

life, perhaps being competent does not guarantee me fame or money but
admiration.
Being independent is sometimes good, and helps as a motivator, you know
what you have can invest, and sometimes you can reach the goal in solitude.

Having security in everything you do helps you to undertake, do , get involved in

something, have the leadership to face a situation.

There should be a variety of ideas, resources, and concepts in everything you

do, as repeating the same thing would make things boring.

Money is the means to cover expenses but personally not my great motivation, I
prefer to be happy with how little I have to have too much money and not be
happy with what I carry.
